Making A Purchase You can pay us by credit card, debit card, PayPal, Postal Order or cheque (drawn on an English bank). We have fully integrated our shopping facility to link into WorldPay, a leading provider in on-line payment solutions, and also to PayPal. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on 'Add to Cart' on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Once you have placed your order you can chose to pay for your purchases on-line by credit card, by cheque, or by sending your credit card details to us separately by Fax, post or email.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, but not currently American Express or Dinners. If you are paying by credit card you can chose to pay us by Euro, Pounds Sterling or US Dollars. If you are shopping from outside of the UK your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your own currency. You should contact your credit card issuer for any details relating to that conversion rate. Once your payment is authorised by WorldPay, refunds will only be given at the discretion of the YP Products company management

You may if you wish send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. At the 2nd Payment Page simply select the 'Credit Card Details Sent Separately' option from the Payment Method drop down list. Print off the provided form and send it to us using your preferred method.

You can of course pay by Postal Order or by cheque drawn on English bank account. At the payment page simply select the 'Cheque' option from the Payment Method drop down list. Please make cheques payable to YP Products. Write your name and address on the back of the cheque and send it, along with your order to:

Please allow approximately 10 working days for delivery of your goods after our bankers clear your cheque. We will of course keep in touch with you about the progress of your order.
Shipping And Handling At check out we will calculate the cost of your order (by weight) to have it sent to you by Royal Mail using Recorded 1St Class SignedFor delivery. In our experience items sent like this can arrive next working day, however Royal Mail do say to allow 5 working days for delivery for post sent using this method. If however your items do not arrive after 5 working days from the email we send confirming despatch, please contact us.

If you are outside of the UK please contact us to place your order. As a guide; shipping charges we will charge at cost and deliverys for International orders to Europe will take between 5 to 8 working days, other countries will take anywhere between 7 to 20 working days.

We aim to deliver your order right away, however we do not guarantee delivery by a specific date for any orders unless specifically agreed, and confirmed by an email from us.
Delivery Schedule If you pay by Credit Card and the item(s) you have ordered are in stock, we will normally send your order to you the next business day after that on which you place your order (providing your credit card payment is authorised and your order reaches us before 8pm). We do our best to try and despatch credit card orders received before 4pm on the same day that they were placed, but we cannot and do not guarantee this will always be possible!

If you wish to have your order sent by any other method, (i.e. special delivery, courier etc) please contact us.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock you can still place your order, your card will be charged and we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the expected timescales for delivery of your order and you will always be offered the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges for orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.
Credit Card Security We have fully integrated our shopping cart to use one of the leading On-line payment providers World Pay, who are part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. Payments take place on their secure server and at no time are your credit card details held anywhere on our website. More about WorldPay and the security they offer you as a shopper can be found at www.worldpay.com

We have also configured our shopping cart to take PayPal payments.

Privacy Policy YP Products do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Nor will we ever sell on your name to any other thrid party.

Returns Policy By law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. This applies to all of our products. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of our products where the item has been used or unsealed.

To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the original invoice enclosed. Write on the invoice 'Order Cancelled' So that we know we received your cancellation instruction within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.

We suggest you keep a copy of the invoice before you return the original to us for your own records. We will of course email or phone you to confirm your refund has taken place and you will also receive an email from WorldPay confirming the refunded payment.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty.

As soon as we receive your returned items, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge--we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
