UK orders
Prices
All prices
include VAT at the prevailing rate (17.5% in
the UK) but not postage and packing.
When you
place your order we will automatically calculate the total cost including
postage by Royal Mail Recorded 1st Class post for you. Please see the
Delivery
heading for more details about postage costs.

Delivery
Our
standard delivery is by Royal Mail First Class Recorded SingedFor. The
price you pay will be dictated by the wieght of your order. In
our experience orders sent like this can arrive with you next working
day. Royal Mail, however, do say to allow 5 working days for delivery.
If you have not had your order after five working days following the e-mail
we send you confirming dispatch of your order, please contact us.
If you
should wish to have your order sent to you using another method (ie Special
Delivery) please contact us to place your order.
All orders
are sent in discreet secure packaging as shown below. You will find a
small return address label on the back with the name YP Products and our
PO Box address, which we are required to provide by Post Office regulations.

Placing your order
To
successfully place an order you will need to supply us with the
information listed below. The easiest way to give us all this information
is to use the on-line ordering function.
When you have completed the steps to order you will have the opportunity
to link through to WorldPay or PayPal and pay on-line, print the order
off to send to us by 'snail mail' (with credit card details or cheque
enclosed), or to fax your credit card details through to us.
You

or you can phone or fax us on 01462 812 066. If you are calling
out of office hours, or we are unable to answer the phone, please leave
your name, contact number and a good time for us to call you back. We
will then call you back to take your order.

your order to us
If
you want to pay on-line by credit or debit card please use the on line ordering
system and select the option 'WorldPay' or 'PayPal' from the Payment Method
drop down box. If you want to pay by cheque or Post Order, select the 'Cheque
or Postal Order' option from the Payment Method drop down box. To
print and send us your credit card details by fax or snail mail select the
'Credit Card Details Sent Separately' option from the Payment Method drop
down box.

How to Pay
You can pay us by credit card, debit
card or cheque (drawn on an English bank).
Credit Card
We accept: Switch/Solo & debit card
issued by UK banks, all credit cards but NOT AMEX or Diners.
We
have fully integrated our shopping facility to link into WorldPay, a leading
provider in on-line payment solutions. When you use the on line ordering
pages you will have the opportunity to pay on-line in their secure environment.
We do not store or take your credit card details anywhere on our site.
Please not that once your payment is authorised
by WorldPay, refunds will only be given at the discretion of the company
management.
When paying on-line you will be required by WorldPay to provide an email
address. This is so that you may receive a payment notification email from
the WorldPay system on successful authorisation of your credit card.
All the details that we and WorldPay require to process your order are included
as you step through the ordering process. The
details you enter on the order form on this site are copied automatically
to the WorldPay secure system. Once in this secure environment all you will
then need to enter is the credit card details they request. Providing a
telephone number in addition to your email address will allow us to contact
you regarding your order should the need arise.

Cheques
Please make cheques payable to YP
Products. Write your name and address on the back of the cheque and send
it, along with your order to:

Please allow approximately 10 working
days for delivery of your goods after you post us your cheque. This is to
allow time for the cheque to reach and be cleared by our bankers. We will
always keep in touch with you about the progress of your order so please
provide an email address or phone number where we can contact you if you
chose to pay by cheque.
